About Me
I have experience with childhood trauma, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety as well as other mental health issues. I work with my clients to discover the most helpful way to reach their goals. I ask my clients to do the hard work, and I will be with them every step of the way.
I have experience working with all ages and genders with varying issues with life. I received my Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and my Master's degree in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I have a strong background in substance use and family issues. Both of these situations can result from or lead to trauma and anxiety, so my continuing education tends to lean toward those topics.
I believe that my work is meant to help people find their best path in life and how to journey down it in a healthy manner. It is not my job to fix anyone; people are not objects that need repair. Sometimes we need a different direction or better tools along the way. I am here to help you find those, or I can direct you to someone who can.
